Your retainer request has been received.

1. Your retainer invoice is on its way.

Within 24–48 business hours, you’ll receive an invoice for your $500 retainer at the email address you provided. Your project is fully reserved once this invoice is paid.

2. Your contract follows payment.

After the retainer is paid, you’ll receive your consulting agreement. Work officially begins once the contract is signed.

3. Share event materials (optional).

Once the contract is fully executed, you’ll receive a secure upload link for any materials you’d like reviewed before your kickoff session (timelines, outlines, decks, vendor notes, access notes, etc.).

4. Schedule your kickoff session.

Once your invoice is paid and your agreement is signed, you’ll be invited to schedule your 60-minute kickoff session. This is where we clarify your goals, confirm scope, and begin shaping your event systems.
