Ownership and Proprietary Materials

Except where stated otherwise, Rolling With Keke™ LLC owns or licenses the copyrightable expression, brand assets, trademarks and service marks, and other protectable rights in its original website content, templates, graphics, worksheets, training materials, reports, and resources.

RWK also treats non-public frameworks, processes, methods, workflows, prompts, know-how, and internal operating materials as proprietary and, where applicable, confidential.

No ownership right is transferred merely because a resource is viewed, downloaded, purchased, or delivered. Rights are granted only through the license or client agreement that applies to the specific material.

Free Public Resources

Unless a free resource states otherwise, RWK grants the recipient a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource for the recipient’s own personal or internal organizational reference. Free distribution does not place the resource in the public domain and does not authorize resale, republication, public teaching, white-labeling, or redistribution as a substitute for the original resource.

Purchased Digital Resources

Purchased templates, downloads, guides, and other digital resources are licensed, not sold, except where written terms expressly state otherwise. The product page, checkout terms, or license supplied with the resource will state the authorized users and permitted scope of use.

If no broader license is stated, the purchaser may use the resource only for the purchaser’s own internal use.

Client Deliverables

Deliverables created for consulting, training, speaking, or other professional engagements are governed by the applicable client agreement, statement of work, proposal, invoice terms, or other written agreement accepted by the parties.

Client-specific terms may grant broader use rights, narrower use rights, ownership, or other negotiated rights. If those written terms conflict with this public Licensing page, the client-specific terms control to the extent of the conflict.

Accessibility and Internal Format Changes

An authorized user may make reasonable internal format changes needed for accessibility or ordinary internal use of a lawfully licensed resource, provided the changes do not materially misrepresent RWK’s content, remove ownership or attribution information in a misleading way, or result in unauthorized publication, resale, redistribution, or external teaching.

Prohibited Uses

Unless RWK gives written permission or the applicable license expressly allows it, you may not resell, republish, redistribute, sublicense, white-label, publicly teach from, commercially repackage, or present RWK materials as your own.

You may not use RWK trademarks, branded concepts, or materials in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, certification, or endorsement.

AI and Automated Use

Unless a written license or client agreement expressly permits it, you may not use RWK materials to train or fine-tune an AI model; build a model-training dataset or prompt library intended to reproduce RWK’s work; create automated replicas of RWK frameworks or materials; or develop a competing commercial product or service that substitutes for the licensed material.

Any permitted internal use of AI-assisted productivity or accessibility tools with a lawfully licensed copy remains subject to the applicable confidentiality, privacy, security, and non-redistribution terms. Client-specific AI restrictions are governed by the applicable client agreement.

Attribution and Permission Requests

When RWK gives permission to quote, adapt, teach from, or redistribute material, any required attribution, scope, audience, duration, and format conditions will be stated in writing. Permission to use material does not create sponsorship, certification, affiliation, or endorsement unless RWK expressly agrees in writing.

Custom Licensing

For organization-wide use, external teaching, public distribution, publication, or another use beyond the stated license, contact hello@rollingwithkeke.com to discuss written permission or custom licensing.

Rights That Cannot Be Waived

Nothing on this page is intended to restrict rights that applicable law does not permit RWK to waive or prohibit.
