Who Owns This Work
All digital tools, templates, frameworks, documents, language systems, original concepts, and materials published under Rolling With Keke™ are the intellectual property of Rolling With Keke™ LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.
These terms apply to Rolling With Keke™ resources used in connection with event operations, event governance, accessibility-forward planning, strategic support, training materials, and original frameworks.
Personal Use License
Unless otherwise stated, purchases include a personal-use license only. Personal-use materials may be used by the purchaser for their own reference, planning, or internal preparation.
Personal-use materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, taught, repackaged, uploaded, or shared as if they are your own.
Team License
A team license covers up to five people within one team or project group. Materials may be used internally by that team for the specific work or project connected to the purchase.
Department License
A department license covers up to twenty-five people in one department or program. Materials may be used internally within that department, but may not be redistributed across the full organization unless an organization license is in place.
Organization License
An organization license allows internal organizational use only. It does not allow resale, external distribution, public teaching, white-labeling, or adaptation into paid products, trainings, consulting offers, or client deliverables without written permission.
What Is Not Allowed
Rolling With Keke™ materials may not be copied, resold, republished, redistributed, converted into another product, used to train others publicly, or presented as original work by another person, consultant, company, department, or platform.
AI Restrictions
Rolling With Keke™ materials may not be uploaded into AI training systems, automated replication tools, prompt libraries, model-training datasets, or systems designed to reproduce, imitate, or commercialize the work.
Custom Licensing
Organizations, associations, agencies, nonprofits, coalitions, departments, teams, and multi-site groups may request custom licensing agreements by contacting hello@rollingwithkeke.com.
Permission Requests
To request permission to quote, teach, adapt, license, or use Rolling With Keke™ materials beyond the stated license, contact hello@rollingwithkeke.com.
