Media Bio

Kesha Moore, DES is a senior event operations strategist, accessibility strategist and educator, and founder of Rolling With Keke™. Her work focuses on the operating conditions that determine whether complex events hold—and whether accessibility commitments survive beyond the planning document.

Through Rolling With Keke™, she helps organizations make accessibility operational, translating commitments into planning systems, vendor requirements, handoffs, participant communications, verification, and onsite practices that have to hold when an event goes live.

Drawing on lived experience as a big, Black, disabled woman from North Carolina, her work centers logistical realism, participant experience, and systems that work for real people in real event environments.

Her voice and expertise sit at the intersection of accessibility operations, event strategy, implementation, vendor and venue systems, participant experience, and live delivery.

GURU Eventastic Conference 2026, Networking Leader for Swag & Giveaway Ideas

Served as a Networking Leader and co-leader for the Swag & Giveaway Ideas room at GURU Eventastic Conference 2026, a large virtual conference for event professionals. The role focused on facilitating fast-moving networking conversations, encouraging participant connection, supporting live engagement, and creating meaningful interaction in short virtual networking sessions.

Why people bring me into the conversation

My public work reflects the same thing my client work does: I help people see what makes event environments succeed, what makes accessibility break down across handoffs, and what operating decisions shape both outcomes long before attendees arrive.

For media, podcasts, panels, and conferences, I speak to accessibility operations, event systems, participant experience, vendor and venue handoffs, live delivery, and the decisions that determine whether complex event environments actually hold.
