Terms of Use
Website Terms, without muddying client agreements
These Terms govern use of the public RWK website and public content. Contracted professional work is governed by the written terms accepted for that engagement.
About Rolling With Keke™
Rolling With Keke™ LLC is an accessibility operations and event strategy consultancy. RWK helps organizations translate accessibility commitments into planning, vendor, transportation, production, communication, and live-delivery systems through accessibility operations reviews, strategy and implementation consulting, fractional accessibility leadership, accessibility training and education, event strategy and operations consulting, speaking, and related resources.
1. Use of This Website
These Terms describe the conditions that apply to use of the public Rolling With Keke™ website and public website content. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the website.
2. Website Terms and Client Agreements
These Terms govern use of the public Rolling With Keke™ website and public website content. Visiting the website, submitting an inquiry, or reviewing information does not by itself create a consulting or other professional-services relationship.
For consulting, training, speaking, fractional leadership, event strategy and operations, and other contracted professional services, the applicable client-specific written agreement governs the engagement as described below.
3. Educational and Professional Scope
RWK provides accessibility operations, event strategy, implementation support, training, and related professional services. RWK is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice through this website.
References to accessibility standards, practices, or legal frameworks are provided for operational and educational context and should not be treated as a legal opinion, certification, or guarantee that any website, venue, event, document, organization, or activity complies with the ADA, WCAG, building codes, safety requirements, or other law.
Legal or code-compliance questions should be directed to qualified counsel or the appropriate licensed or governmental professional.
4. Inquiries, Proposals, and Client Work
Submitting an inquiry, booking a fit call, or requesting information does not guarantee that RWK will accept a project, engagement, partnership, or service request. Professional work may require an accepted written agreement, defined scope, payment terms, timeline, deliverables, and mutual approval before services begin.
For payment and refund information that applies outside a client-specific agreement, review the Refund Policy.
5. Client-Specific Agreements Control
These website policies govern use of the public website and, where applicable, standalone purchases unless a separate client-specific written agreement applies. For consulting, training, speaking, fractional leadership, event strategy and operations, and other contracted professional services, the applicable signed agreement, statement of work, proposal, invoice terms, or other written agreement accepted by the parties governs the client-specific scope, fees, payment schedule, deposits, retainers, cancellation, rescheduling, postponement, termination, expenses, confidentiality, data handling, intellectual-property ownership and licensing, deliverables, and other engagement terms.
If a client-specific written agreement conflicts with a website policy, the client-specific written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict. Website policies supplement, but do not amend or override, a client-specific written agreement unless that agreement expressly incorporates the applicable website policy.
6. Use of Website Content
Website copy, graphics, resources, templates, frameworks, training materials, and other original materials are owned or licensed by RWK unless otherwise stated. Public pages may be viewed, linked to, and shared by URL for ordinary reference. Copying, republishing, resale, redistribution, white-labeling, automated replication, or presenting RWK content as your own may require written permission.
Review Licensing and Usage Rights for the rules that apply to resources and materials.
7. Brand Names and Marks
Rolling With Keke™, Booked, Busy & Built Different™, Where I’m Sitting™, and other named frameworks, series, phrases, and brand elements may function as trademarks, service marks, brand identifiers, or proprietary language of RWK. Use of the ™ symbol does not mean every mark has been federally registered.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use this website to disrupt systems, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent identity, infringe rights, scrape or reproduce protected content in violation of applicable terms, or use RWK content for deceptive, exploitative, harmful, or unlawful purposes.
9. AI-Assisted Work
RWK may use AI-assisted tools as part of internal drafting, analysis, documentation, and workflow support. AI-assisted output is subject to human review and professional judgment before RWK relies on it for professional work. AI does not independently make final client decisions or professional judgments for RWK.
Client-specific AI, confidentiality, data-handling, or deliverable terms are governed by the applicable client agreement.
10. Third-Party Links and Tools
This website may link to or rely on third-party platforms and services. RWK does not control third-party code, content, security practices, privacy practices, or platform policies.
When a third-party tool creates an accessibility barrier in an RWK-controlled experience, RWK will review what is within its control and, where reasonably feasible, provide or identify an alternative way to access the relevant information or service.
11. Privacy
Use of the website may involve information processed through forms, analytics, scheduling, email, or other service providers. Review the Privacy Policy for more information.
12. Website Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
This public website and its general educational content are provided on an “as available” basis. RWK does not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, current, or suitable for every visitor’s circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RWK is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content or from temporary website unavailability. This section applies to the public website and does not replace, expand, reduce, or override liability terms in a client-specific written agreement.
13. Changes to These Terms
RWK may update these Terms for future use of the website. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. A website update does not amend an existing client agreement, statement of work, proposal, or other client-specific written agreement unless the parties agree to that amendment in the manner required by the applicable agreement.
14. Governing Law
Except where a client-specific written agreement provides otherwise, these website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
