All purchases made through Rolling With Keke™ are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Digital tools, templates, frameworks, and downloadable resources
• Organizational services, audits, and Event Readiness & Risk Reviews
• Workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements

Once access is granted or services begin, the labor has been delivered.

The work offered through Rolling With Keke™ is not mass-produced. It reflects strategic judgment, operational experience, and preparation that cannot be returned once shared.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks submitted in violation of this policy will be contested using service records, timestamps, agreements, and documentation.

If something feels misaligned, reaching out directly is always the best first step.

North Carolina Compliance

This policy aligns with North Carolina consumer protection standards. Digital services, consulting work, and scheduled professional services are not subject to the same refund requirements as physical goods.
