All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Rolling With Keke™ are final and non-refundable. This includes digital resources, consulting services, audits, workshops, speaking preparation, and scheduled professional engagements.

Once materials are accessed, strategy is shared, preparation begins, or services are scheduled, the work has begun and cannot be returned.

Why This Policy Exists

The work provided reflects strategic judgment, operational expertise, preparation time, and intellectual property. It cannot be returned once shared, reviewed, prepared, accessed, or initiated.

Scheduled Services

If a service or session is scheduled, the purchaser is responsible for attending at the agreed time or following any rescheduling instructions provided in writing.

Missed appointments, late arrivals, or unused services do not create a refund right.

Digital Products and Resources

Digital products, templates, downloads, frameworks, guides, and other resources are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

Because digital materials cannot be returned, all sales are final.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks submitted in violation of this policy may be contested using documentation, agreements, timestamps, access records, communication history, and service records.

If something feels misaligned, direct communication is the appropriate first step.
