Refund Policy

This page explains how refunds work for my digital products, tools, and services. My goal is to honor your experience while also honoring the boundaries of my work.

Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products — including tools, templates, guides, and downloads — are non-refundable due to their instant and irrevocable nature. If you experience an issue accessing your file, email me at hello@rollingwithkeke.com and I’ll make sure you receive your purchase.

Services

Services such as Rocking Reads™, Event Systems Architecture, or clarity support are not eligible for refunds once the session has occurred. If you need to reschedule, you can do so through your confirmation email or by contacting me directly.

Accidental Purchases

If you make a purchase in error, contact me within 24 hours at hello@rollingwithkeke.com. I’ll review the situation and do my best to support you.

Technical Issues

If a file won’t open, a link is broken, or something feels off, reach out immediately — you deserve access to what you paid for.
