Privacy and Data Care
This page explains what RWK may collect, why information may be used, how service providers may support the work, and how to contact RWK about your information.
Privacy in plain language
This policy explains the categories of information RWK may handle, why that information may be used, and how to contact RWK about privacy questions. It is designed to describe actual business practices without promising more than RWK can reliably control.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with Rolling With Keke™ LLC (“RWK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we may collect information you provide directly, information generated through business interactions, and limited technical information collected through website tools.
- Contact and professional information, such as your name, email address, organization, role, and other information you choose to provide.
- Inquiry and engagement information, such as project context, requested services, scheduling preferences, proposals, agreements, invoices, communications, and client records.
- Transaction information associated with purchases or payments. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers, and the information available to RWK depends on the provider and transaction.
- Newsletter or resource-subscription information when you choose to subscribe or request a resource.
- Access or accommodation information that you choose to share so RWK can understand a barrier, communication need, or participation need.
- Technical and usage information collected through website hosting, security, and analytics tools, which may include browser or device information, pages viewed, referral information, IP address, and interaction data.
Access and Accommodation Information
Please share only the information reasonably necessary to explain an access barrier, communication need, or requested accommodation. RWK generally does not need a diagnosis, medical record, insurance information, or detailed medical history.
Please do not send medical documentation unless RWK specifically explains why it is needed and how it should be provided.
How We Use Information
RWK may use personal information to respond to inquiries; evaluate and perform requested services; prepare proposals, agreements, invoices, and client records; schedule and manage communications; deliver resources; administer newsletters or other requested communications; maintain business, accounting, security, and operational records; improve website usability and accessibility; protect RWK systems and rights; and comply with applicable contractual or legal obligations.
Service Providers and Other Disclosures
RWK does not sell personal information for money. RWK may disclose or make personal information available to service providers and business systems that support website hosting, forms, email, cloud productivity and document storage, customer or client records, scheduling, payments, newsletters, analytics, project delivery, security, and AI-assisted workflow support.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, enforce an agreement, complete a business transaction, or follow your direction or consent.
Service providers operate under their own terms, privacy practices, and technical controls. RWK does not promise that a third-party provider receives no information beyond the minimum necessary for every technical function.
Cookies and Analytics
This website uses analytics and related technologies to understand how the site is used and to improve performance, usability, and accessibility. These technologies may collect technical and usage information automatically. The specific tools and settings in use may change over time.
AI-Assisted Tools
RWK may use AI-assisted tools under human supervision to support drafting, analysis, summarization, documentation, organization, and workflow development. AI does not independently make final professional judgments or client decisions for RWK.
RWK seeks to limit the personal, confidential, or sensitive information submitted to AI-assisted tools to what is reasonably necessary for the work and to use tool settings and contractual controls appropriate to the information involved. Client-specific restrictions or approval requirements may be addressed in the applicable agreement or statement of work.
Data Retention
RWK retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide or document services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, protect systems and rights, and meet applicable contractual or legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by record type and system.
Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
You may contact RWK at hello@rollingwithkeke.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you.
RWK may need to verify the request and may retain information when reasonably necessary for legal, contractual, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes. RWK will handle requests as required by applicable law.
Client-Specific Data Terms
Professional engagements may include client-specific confidentiality, security, data-handling, AI-use, or retention terms. When an accepted client-specific written agreement addresses those matters and conflicts with this public Privacy Policy, the client-specific terms control to the extent of the conflict.
Policy Updates
RWK may update this policy to reflect changes in law, business practices, tools, or services. The date shown at the top of this page identifies the current published version. A website-policy update does not amend an existing client agreement unless the parties agree as required by that agreement.
