Kesha Moore, DES is an Accessibility Operations Strategist, speaker, and founder of Rolling With Keke™. With more than two decades inside event and operational environments, she helps organizations make accessibility operational and strengthen the systems responsible for delivering it.
Her career includes more than 400 programs, national convenings, executive-facing gatherings, corporate event portfolios, and virtual and hybrid experiences. As a big, Black, disabled woman, Kesha brings lived experience, humor, and operational receipts to conversations about accessibility, dignity, independence, handoffs, participant experience, and what organizations must build before people experience the consequences.
