Kesha Moore, DES is a senior event operations strategist, accessibility strategist and educator, speaker, and founder of Rolling With Keke™. She helps organizations make accessibility operational and strengthen the event systems around it—from planning, vendors, transportation, production, and communications through live delivery. Her career includes more than 400 programs, national convenings, executive-facing gatherings, corporate event portfolios, and virtual and hybrid experiences. As a big, Black, disabled woman from North Carolina, Kesha brings lived experience, humor, and operational receipts to conversations about who event structures are built to hold and what organizations must change before the room opens.
