She helps organizations build high-stakes event environments that can hold under real-world pressure by connecting event governance, accessibility infrastructure, operational planning, vendor strategy, and human capacity. Her career includes more than 400 programs, national convenings, executive-facing gatherings, corporate event portfolios, and virtual and hybrid experiences. As a big, Black, disabled woman from North Carolina, Kesha brings lived experience, humor, and operational receipts to conversations about who event structures are built to hold and what organizations must change before the room opens.
