How This Policy Applies

This Refund Policy applies to standalone purchases from Rolling With Keke™ unless a client-specific written agreement applies. Consulting, training, speaking, fractional leadership, event strategy and operations, and other contracted professional services are governed by the applicable client-specific written agreement.

Contracted Professional Services

For Accessibility Operations Review, Accessibility Strategy & Implementation Consulting, Fractional Accessibility Leadership, Accessibility Training & Education, Event Strategy & Operations Consulting, speaking engagements, and other contracted professional services, the applicable signed agreement, statement of work, proposal, invoice terms, or other written agreement accepted by the parties governs fees, deposits, retainers, milestone payments, cancellations, rescheduling, postponements, termination, partially completed work, reserved capacity, travel and expenses, and any refund or credit rights.

If this website Refund Policy conflicts with a client-specific written agreement, the client-specific written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Digital Resources and Downloads

Unless a product page or written purchase term states otherwise, paid digital resources, templates, downloads, and similar materials are final sale after delivery or access because they cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods. This does not limit any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If you receive a duplicate charge, cannot access the purchased file, receive the wrong item, or encounter an accessibility barrier that prevents reasonable use of the purchased material, contact hello@rollingwithkeke.com so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate correction, replacement, accessible alternative, credit, or refund can be considered based on the circumstances and applicable terms.

Standalone Services Without a Client Agreement

If RWK offers an individually purchased service that is not governed by a separate client agreement, the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms presented on the offer page, checkout page, invoice, or written confirmation for that service apply.

Billing Questions and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated, incorrect, or inconsistent with the terms that applied to your purchase, please contact hello@rollingwithkeke.com promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

RWK may provide accurate transaction records, agreements, access records, communications, and service records to a payment processor or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law or applicable payment-card network rules.

Client-Specific Agreements Control

These website policies govern use of the public website and, where applicable, standalone purchases unless a separate client-specific written agreement applies. For consulting, training, speaking, fractional leadership, event strategy and operations, and other contracted professional services, the applicable signed agreement, statement of work, proposal, invoice terms, or other written agreement accepted by the parties governs the client-specific scope, fees, payment schedule, deposits, retainers, cancellation, rescheduling, postponement, termination, expenses, confidentiality, data handling, intellectual-property ownership and licensing, deliverables, and other engagement terms.

If a client-specific written agreement conflicts with a website policy, the client-specific written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict. Website policies supplement, but do not amend or override, a client-specific written agreement unless that agreement expressly incorporates the applicable website policy.
